​Spend your Saturday morning the sweetest way we can think of: munching your way through a spread of top pastries from our friends at Malby. Flaky, buttery, frosted... grab a plate, try a little of everything, and find your favorite.

​Then, pick up a brush and let those flavors inspire you. How do you paint the crackle of a financier? The gooey center of a piece of monkey bread? Or the edges of a brownie? Paint them exactly as they look, or let your imagination take over and paint how they taste. Feeling stuck? We’ll share a few tasty ideas from artists like Wayne Thiebaud, who made a whole career out of painting desserts.

​No experience needed. Pastry lovers, art lovers, families, and curious folks of all ages welcome. You'll leave with a full stomach, a painting of your own, and maybe a new favorite bakery.
