You'll bring the idea. We'll work through it together, shaping the concept, finding the creative possibilities, and turning the pieces into something clearer, more cohesive, and ready to share.
With attendance intentionally limited to six participants, you'll have room for your own ideas while also benefiting from the perspectives, questions, and creative energy of the group.

The pacing of this experience is intentional. Four hours doesn't mean four hours of nonstop activity, information, or forced productivity.
We'll have space to think, pause, explore, rethink, and let an idea breathe.
The goal isn't to overwhelm you with everything you could do. It's to help you identify what your idea actually needs to become a compelling experience.

AI can be incredibly useful when used intentionally.
We'll introduce prompts and strategies you can reuse for things like exploring possibilities, organizing thoughts, and getting unstuck.
But AI is not a replacement for creativity, perspective, or your unique point of view.
The goal isn't to ask AI to create your event for you.
It's to use AI as a tool that can help you think differently, explore more possibilities, and move faster when it makes sense.
Your experience, ideas, personality, and creative instincts are still the most important ingredients.

🌊 A note about pacing
Four hours can sound like a lot.
That's why this isn't designed to feel like four hours of information being thrown at you.
The experience is intentionally paced to give you room to think, create, pause, discuss, and refine.
Some ideas will come together quickly. Others might need a little more space.
You won't be expected to arrive with everything figured out, and you won't be pushed to manufacture an answer just because we're on a timeline.
The goal is progress, not creative exhaustion.
🏖️ The virtual environment
We'll work together inside a calm, beachside-inspired virtual space designed to make the experience feel different from another meeting on another screen.
We'll also explore how the environment itself can become part of your event experience.
And if you don't use a virtual venue, that's completely okay. The same principles can be applied to Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, or whatever platform you use.
👥 Why only six participants?
Because this isn't designed to be a large webinar where you disappear into the crowd.
With a maximum of six participants, there's room for:

If you leave with an idea that you want to take further, optional 1:1 sessions are available for deeper brainstorming, strategic refinement, or additional support.
There's no expectation that you need to continue.
The goal is to make sure you leave with enough clarity and momentum to decide your own next step.
