About Event

Join us for a Her Development Discussion on Finding and Using Your Voice in Today’s World led by Alex Carr Editorial Director of News at TheSkimm.

This engaging and interactive session will help members discover and confidently use their voice in personal, professional, and civic spaces. Attendees will explore the power of self-expression, overcoming the fear of speaking up, and the importance of showing up in their communities - particularly through voting.

The session will feature group discussions, icebreakers, and practical exercises aimed at helping individuals express their values, share their stories, and find their voice in impactful ways, without engaging in political debates.

The event will conclude with a Q&A where attendees can ask questions about civic participation, current events, and what to expect in upcoming elections.
