About the Host & Coach
Pauline Leung is a former executive at L’Oréal with over 19 years of global experience across Europe, Asia, and the United States. She rose from Marketing Intern to General Manager by age 30 and later transitioned into Human Resources, giving her firsthand insight into leadership, performance, and career growth.
As a Certified High Performance Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Holistic Health Practitioner, Pauline blends science-backed strategies with real-world leadership experience to help individuals build clarity, optimize energy, and lead with intention, without sacrificing wellbeing.
Born and raised in the Netherlands to parents from Hong Kong, Pauline brings a global perspective to her work and supports women in creating careers that feel both successful and deeply aligned.
