localhost(san-francisco)

​localhost always resolves to the machine you're on. So does this series: same room, same mindset, different city. San Francisco's the first one.

​No panels, no pitches, no badges with job titles. Just people who maintain, break, and ship open source, in one room for an evening, with beer and pizza.

​Models write more and more of the code. They still don't maintain a project, grow a contributor base, or earn the trust that gets your software into production: that part's done by people who know each other.

​Supporting open source only works through community, so we're getting ours together.

​Come if you maintain something, ship something, or just want to argue about licenses with people who've actually read them.
