Cozy Jams

​As HeartLab creates more spaces for community outside of paid events, we are proud to present Cozy Jams: a chill singing open mic where making music feels like friends hanging out in your living room. Bring your instrument, voice, or just come listen and hang over tea and light snacks.

​The evening will be lightly guided, with Nathan & Neon performing in between to keep things flowing. However, guests are the real stars of the night and can jump in anytime to the flexible list. Every night is an opportunity for all: first timers looking to take a first step in performing music in front of others, or long-time performers looking to rehearse or experiment with new songs. The environment is alcohol-free and inclusive, with a simple code of conduct: respect the space and each other.

​Guests are encouraged to bring their own instruments, though some house gear is available, including a keyboard, ukulele, guitar amp, and a few percussion instruments. Light snacks like cookies and hot chocolate are provided, with potential collaborations from community partners offering additional treats and zero-proof drinks.
