We are approaching a post-interface world where software fades from view and our intentions flow directly into execution through AI agents. When machines decide what we see, buy, and prioritize, the critical question becomes: who owns the customer relationship — and how will markets, brands, and even human agency be reshaped? What economic and societal architecture will emerge when the interface disappears and decision-making is increasingly delegated to intelligent systems.
