Vijesh Vijayan is a dynamic Tech Consultant and Product Executive who specializes in building and scaling tech ecosystems across health, AI, and financial services. As Head of Partnerships and Media at Scalpels & Spreadsheets, he’s led impactful events across North America, bringing together innovators, founders, VCs, and ecosystem builders. As Director of Product at GenXys, Vijesh combines strategic vision with hands-on execution for launching and growing products in healthcare. He’s passionate about curating collaborations that propel healthtech innovation forward.
Aman Desai is the Founder and CEOFounder and CEO at Dossier Health. He is a Medical Doctor turned strategy consultant with a unique combination of clinical expertise and business acumen. He has lived and worked in several regions around the globe, giving him a unique perspective on international business and contrasting healthcare systems in different countries. Since graduating from the London Business School, Aman has brought his clinical experience, business acumen and international perspectives in his work across strategy, M&A and financial management primarily in the healthcare and life sciences industry in North America, EMEA and Asia.

Mary Aglipay is the Co-Founder at Pippen AI, she is a clinic owner and PhD Candidate in epidemiology with an emphasis on data science and AI. Mary brings expertise in machine learning, large datasets, and clinical epidemiology. Mary built Pippen to provide a rigorous, evidence based approach to the real-life application of AI in family medicine.
Aastha Sahni is the Chief Operating Officer at Advica Health, where she leads efforts to help Canadians access personalized and timely healthcare solutions. She brings expertise in developmental psychology, education, and health navigation, and is dedicated to building systems that enable longer, healthier, and happier lives.
Katie Herbert is the CEO and Co-founder of Healthkind, where she builds AI-powered communication tools to improve patient–clinic interactions. She brings deep expertise in digital health, virtual care, and product leadership, having previously scaled Akira Health and TELUS Health Virtual Care to serve millions of Canadians.
Matt Zukowski is the Chief Technology Officer at Healthkind, where he leads the development of scalable, human-centered healthcare systems. He brings deep expertise in AI, telemedicine, and platform architecture, having previously built and scaled Akira Health’s technology and led virtual care integration at TELUS Health.
Olga Cruz is the Director of Thrive Lab at BDC Capital, where she leads early-stage investments in women-led Canadian companies. She brings deep expertise in impact investing, strategy, and venture scaling, with experience supporting healthcare and mission-driven ventures across global ecosystems.
