With over a decade at Medcan, he brings extensive expertise in employee benefits, preventive healthcare, diagnostics, and wellness programs. A strategic thinker driven by results, Amr excels at uncovering new revenue opportunities and delivering creative, client-focused solutions. Awarded the “Rising Star” at the 2025 Benefits Alliance Spark Conference, he’s celebrated for his commitment to elevating group benefits and overall health and wellbeing
Vijesh Vijayan is a dynamic Tech Consultant and Product Executive who specializes in building and scaling tech ecosystems across health, AI, and financial services. As Head of Partnerships and former Product Manager at Scalpels & Spreadsheets, he’s led impactful events, from Web Summit Vancouver to Toronto Tech Week, bringing together innovators, founders, VCs, and ecosystem builders. With a track record of launching and growing 0→1 and 1→n products like Synergy Gateway Verified, Vijesh combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. He’s passionate about curating collaborations that propel healthtech innovation forward.
Aman Desai is the Founder and CEOFounder and CEO at Dossier Health. He is a Medical Doctor turned strategy consultant with a unique combination of clinical expertise and business acumen. He has lived and worked in several regions around the globe, giving him a unique perspective on international business and contrasting healthcare systems in different countries. Since graduating from the London Business School, Aman has brought his clinical experience, business acumen and international perspectives in his work across strategy, M&A and financial management primarily in the healthcare and life sciences industry in North America, EMEA and Asia.

Dr. Fazila Seker, is the CEO of Insight Medbotics, and brings diverse experience from commercializing technologies across healthcare, energy, and specialty materials in Canada and the U.S She has held leadership roles at GE Global Research, MaRS Innovation, and most recently as Founder, President & CEO of MOLLI Surgical (acquired by Stryker). Under her leadership, MOLLI Surgical expanded into the U.S. and Canadian markets, with technologies adopted by top hospitals like Princess Margaret Cancer Centre and The Christ Hospital. Her teams have earned global recognition, including TIME Best Inventions 2022, Fast Company Next Big Things in Tech, and multiple Medical Design Excellence Awards.
Jane Wang is the Co-Founder & CEO of Optimity, a Toronto-based insurtech and wellness technology company that empowers users to live healthier, wealthier, and longer lives through evidence-based gamification, micro-learning, and behaviour-nudging. With nearly two decades in healthcare and clinical data—including global clinical trials and mortality risk modeling—Jane pivoted into consumer-facing tech after the loss of her mother inspired her mission to democratize proactive health tech. A serial entrepreneur, university lecturer, and cancer‑research fundraiser, Jane holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from McGill, an MBA from Ivey Business School, and executive training from Stanford University.
Lori Casselman is the CEO & Founder at June Health, she is a seasoned healthcare executive with deep experience in employee benefits and health tech. At Sun Life, she led Health Services, scaling wellness programs and earning the CEO Award of Excellence. As Chief Health Officer at League, she drove $40M+ in contract value and built brand presence across North America.
She later served as President & CRO at Wello (acquired by Maple) and TribalScale, leading growth and M&A, and most recently led Telus Health’s Global Consumer Health division. A frequent speaker at industry events, Lori is now focused on transforming the menopause experience through June Health. She holds an MSc and Honours BSc from Western University, where she was a varsity rower.
Dr. Latchmi Raghunanan is the Founder & CEO of Maman Biomedical, dedicated to making IVF treatments less painful and more accessible for women. A materials scientist and innovator with global experience across academia, industry, and startups in the Caribbean, Europe, and Canada, she has led 29 R&D projects, secured multiple patents, and delivered groundbreaking medical innovations, including surgical adhesives in preclinical trials. Known for building cross-cultural teams and implementing scalable processes that generated over $700K in savings, Dr. Raghunanan combines creativity, foresight, and action to future-proof healthcare solutions while mentoring the next generation of innovators.
