The Intimacy of Belonging

​​​The Intimacy of Belonging is a journey that weaves authentic relating & somatic ritual to restore our belonging to the Earth, ourselves, and one another.

​This is a space to be seen, heard, and met in your truth, your vulnerability & your longing, beyond roles, stories, or surface-level interaction. This is a precious place to meet more of your community, make new friends & create lasting bonds with people that value embodied relating.

​Through embodied listening, compassionate witnessing & heartfelt presence, we will practice slowing down and attuning to the beauty of humble, honest, human to human connection. You’ll be invited to track sensation, welcome emotion, and soften into the felt sense of your experience.  

​We will explore how to resource the earth to alchemize wounds of lack, and separation into a satiated sense of nourishing abundance within. From this grounded place, we’ll enter reverent, consent-based connection with others.

​Together, we will co-create a brave space of grace for us to generously give and receive the gift of presence. A space where our innate belonging, inherent wholeness, and intrinsic value can be remembered & restored.
