Demystifying Executive Presence & Influence

​Executive presence can feel frustratingly vague. You're told to “be more confident,” “speak more strategically,” or “increase your visibility,” but rarely does anyone explain what that actually looks like in the moments that matter at work.

​In this interactive workshop, facilitated by Myra Deshmukh, Founder of Leadership Lab and former Amazon and Gap leader, we'll demystify executive presence and influence by breaking them down into practical, controllable behaviors you can build every day. Through simple frameworks and real workplace examples, we'll explore how you communicate, show up, build credibility, and influence others, whether you're leading a meeting, sharing an idea, navigating a cross-functional relationship, or speaking with senior leaders.

​We'll identify the high-leverage actions that shape how others experience and trust you, and we will practice using them in real-world scenarios.

​You'll leave with a clearer understanding of what executive presence and influence actually look like, specific areas to focus on, and a realistic action plan with behaviors you can start using the very next day.
