Make your Design System AI-ready
You’ll learn how to structure your Design System so AI agents apply it instead of guessing.
Ever plugged your Design System into an AI and started prototyping? At first glance, it looks like your product. But look closer: the font is slightly off, the colors aren’t quite right, a component is almost yours but not really. One small divergence, then another, and your product quietly loses consistency.
That’s because Design Systems were built for humans. Humans fill the gaps. AI doesn’t. When a rule isn’t explicitly defined, it improvises.
As AI becomes part of how we design and build products, Design Systems need to evolve from libraries into clear specifications that both humans and AI can understand. Designers, engineers and AI should all work from the same source of truth.
During this session, we’ll show how to structure a Design System so AI applies it reliably instead of guessing. Through concrete before-and-after examples, we’ll cover the documentation, naming conventions and rules that make the biggest difference. We’ll also demo Lyse, a tool that measures how AI-ready a Design System really is.
Panel discussion (in French, ~40 min) + Q&A, followed by drinks with the speakers.
With Noé Chague (Design System Engineer @Bitstack, co-founder of Lyse), Maxime Podgorski (Design System Engineer @Enobase, co-founder of Lyse), and Nelly Seiglan (Product Designer @Hexa, host),.
