It’s the first of its kind, and also the last one we’ll be co-hosting at Excella—so you know it’s going to be special.
This isn't a lecture. It’s a live, collaborative build day for folks who want to work side-by-side, share ideas, and get real things running with AI.

12:00–1:00 PM – Arrival + Setup
Get signed in, help others get accounts or tools installed, and get your environment ready.
1:00–1:30 PM – Goal Setting
What do you want to build, explore, or learn? We'll clarify intentions and team up if helpful.
1:30–2:30 PM – Overview + Setup
What is MCP?
Claude Code / Cursor basics
Client/server setup (MCP client, Claude plugins, etc)
2:30–3:30 PM – Co-working Block
Work solo or in pairs—GitHub cloning, prompt testing, CLI tools, workflows, etc.
3:30–5:00 PM – Vibe Jam / Group Collaboration
We’ll break into small groups to explore ideas, build mini-projects, or riff on cool workflows. Expect lightning builds and shared learning.

✅ Cursor or Claude Code installed
✅ Claude API access (plan on spending some tokens!)
✅ MacOS or WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux) ready
✅ VS Code also supported
✅ Curiosity + collaborative spirit
We’re forming a core DC group to learn, experiment, and build with Claude, Cursor, and the MCP framework. Study Hall #0 is your chance to plug in early, meet collaborators, and help shape the future of this builder circle.
