🍅 Session 5: Food, Farming & Waste
What's on our plates is one of the biggest climate levers we've got. The food system produces roughly a quarter to a third of global emissions, and what we eat matters far more than where it comes from.
This week, we'll follow food from farm to fork to compost. We'll explore how shifting what we eat can cut emissions and grocery bills, how schools and hospitals can serve food that's better for people and the planet, and how LA can waste less and compost more.

Every Wednesday from October 7 to November 11: a new climate topic, local leaders sharing solutions, interactive discussions and activities, and resources to go deeper.
