​In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore how Canadian healthcare teams can transform that information into structured data for two practical use cases:

• ​Billing: supporting more efficient and complete billing workflows from clinical documentation

• ​Real-World Evidence: creating structured datasets for outcomes analysis, research, and life sciences partnerships

​We’ll demonstrate how clinical text can be transformed into structured healthcare data, then participants will work in teams to design a real-world billing or RWE workflow for a fictional Canadian EMR.

​The session is designed for leaders and practitioners working across AI, product, data, engineering, analytics, and real-world evidence. No deep technical expertise is required.
