Nikita Khandwala 🌀
Nikita Khandwala is a proud portfolio careerist. She is an XIR and Partner at Generalist World, as well as Head of Partnerships at the London Interdisciplinary School. Nikita is on a mission to reignite human potential by mobilising the right people around the right problems at the right time. Through Unboxed, she and the Generalist World team provide practical tools to help other generalists turn their range into their unfair advantage.
A University of Oxford graduate, Nikita kicked off her career in the startup ecosystem in South America, before moving to Ireland to work as a Strategy Analyst at LinkedIn. After moving to London, she then ventured back into the startup space, where she launched a couple of her own ventures (with varying levels of success!), led Growth at an EdTech startup and then joined the London Interdisciplinary School to lead Partnerships and Business Development.
