The First $100 Challenge
You have 5 hours to take your AI product to market and earn your first $100.
Building the product is a great beginning. The real challenge is getting someone to find value in using it and eventually pay for it.
Bring an MVP, prototype, or early AI product. You’ll spend the day improving your positioning, choosing one distribution channel, reaching real customers, and running live growth experiments.
You’ll work on:
Making your product easier to understand and buy
Improving your messaging, pricing, landing page, or demo
Choosing the right channel to find your first users
Reaching out to customers and collecting real feedback
Turning conversations into demos, pilots, or revenue
By the end of the day, you should leave with one or more of these:
Your first 5 users
Customer conversations
Demo calls booked
Your first $100 in revenue
Everyone pitches their result in the final 30 minutes a new user, a booked call, feedback from a real customer, or your first $100. No slides, just what actually happened.
This is for AI founders, indie hackers, engineers, product managers, and early-stage teams who already have something working.
You must bring an MVP, prototype, or live landing page.
We’ll also invite winners from our previous buildathons to return, take their products to market, and turn what they built into something people will pay for.
Who is your host?
Chitransh Agnihotri is a serial entrepreneur and the founder of WorkElate, where he is building an AI-native operating system for work. He previously built and sold EquipShare, a construction equipment marketplace.
