About Event

There’s a question I’ve been thinking about a lot lately: If AI can help us do something, how much of it do we still need to learn ourselves?

If you can build an app without being a strong coder, should you still learn to code? If AI can analyze data, how much of the analysis should you understand? And where is the line between using AI well and outsourcing skills we actually need?

That’s the conversation Uvika and I are excited to host at our next Asian Women Advancing AI (#AWAAI) Innovate & Advance session with Saumya Bhatnagar. 𝗔𝘀 𝗔𝗜 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗲𝗿, 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴?

Saumya is exactly the person one would want to hear tackle this question. She is a founder and product leader, a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, and has been recognized among leading women in technology and product. She has spent years actually building technology, teams, and products, so this isn't a theoretical conversation.

Saumya will give us a practical way to think about three choices:

1. What should I understand deeply?   2. What can I learn as I go?   3. What can I delegate to AI?

And importantly, those answers won't be the same for everyone. Your role, goals, experience, and the work you want to do all matter. This session is for both technical and nontechnical professionals. If you've wondered what skills are still worth investing months or years in when AI can increasingly do parts of the work for you, I think you'll enjoy this conversation.
