The Hive Immersive
The Hive Immersive
An art show built around collision. Worlds that don't usually meet, disciplines that rarely share a room, and art displayed in ways that break from the expected.
Our one-year anniversary kicks off the Create Art Car Wash Mural Festival, a month-long production turning a working car wash into an outdoor gallery. The muralists start that night and paint through the close of the Austin Studio Tour, so keep checking in on us to watch the walls come together.
For a year, Hive Mind has been the space where different cultures, mediums, and modes of expression coexist and make something new. This is the next chapter, and one year in, we are making sure it is a night nobody forgets.
Dive in the world reaching all five senses: interactive installations, sculpture, light and LED work, textile, wall art, performance, and pieces that resist easy categories. Wide range of artists are installing artworks together on site for two weeks, weaving separate works into one experience.
