​Daisy Hollman is a Member of Technical Staff at Anthropic, where she works on Claude Code and has helped lead the development of capabilities including plugins, agent teams and skills. Before AI, her path took her through quantum chemistry, high-performance computing, Google, and nearly a decade helping shape the C++ programming language. Across that journey, one question has remained important to her: how can we make powerful technical capabilities accessible to more people?

​Daisy is joining us in her personal capacity for a conversation with women while she is in Oslo.

​What Becomes Possible for Women with AI ? is an conversation for women on power, skills and AI — hosted by Be Possible, co-hosted with Startuplab Oslo.

​We're bringing together a room of women for 2 hours — leaders, founders, women in tech, managers, consultants, researchers, and anyone curious about what an AI-enabled world means for how we lead and work — for an space built around women.

​This is a space to listen what a woman in the frontier of AI has for other women and see the human side of someone doing serious technical work, her skills, her path, her judgment, what she's learned.

​We will have an honest, respectful conversation among us: listening, questioning, inspiring each other.

​The afternoon runs as:

• ​Short opening - 15 mins.

• ​Daisy's talk especifically for women - 20 mins.

• ​A fireside conversation - 20 mins

• ​Mingle break.

• ​Questions from the audience.
