The Negotiation You're Avoiding
Most of us have one conversation we keep postponing.
A rate that should have gone up.
A scope that keeps expanding.
A boundary that never got said out loud.
We usually assume we don't know how to negotiate.
Often we do. Something else stops us.
And that something else is what this workshop is about.
Over two hours, we'll widen what actually counts as a negotiation, name what's really blocking you, redefine what a good outcome looks like, and work through a preparation canvas you can reuse for life.
This isn't about scripts or tactics.
It's about the block that comes before the conversation even starts.

Your facilitator
Nam Ma Kim is an entrepreneur and coach with close to 30 years of experience, half of it in big tech at Microsoft and Meta/Facebook, the rest building and advising companies. He has led teams across product, marketing, sales, operations, finance, HR and public affairs, in industries from space to ocean, retail to augmented reality.
In 2018, Communication Without Borders France named him Legal Hacker of the Year for a Facebook social good program that trained over 200 nonprofits.
Which means three decades of negotiating. Half of it in meeting rooms, over contracts, partnerships and budgets. The other half at home, raising three kids, and with the people closest to him. The hardest negotiations, he'll tell you, have been with himself.
