On September 26, the 2026 HYSTA Annual Conference & 27th Anniversary Celebration comes to the Santa Clara Convention Center. Before the big day, we're bringing the volunteer team together in person — to meet each other and walk through exactly how the day will run.

If you've ever wanted a close-up look at how a 1,000-person tech conference actually comes together, join us. You'll work alongside a dependable, energetic group, and meet plenty of like-minded engineers, founders, and community friends along the way.
