Every month, we have a volunteer gathering where we:
Eat and chit chat
Scheme & dream
Debrief/set vision/check in/assign ourselves tasks
It's fun and productive and reminds us of good times in college. Volunteers are generally Soapbox members but it's not a requirement as long as you've come by Soapbox at least once before.

2:30-3:00: Catch up on Soapbox updates
3:00-3:30: Review event roles & May agenda
3:30-4:30: May & June planning
4:30-4:45: Action items readout
4:45-5:00: Wrap-up
