活動簡介/ About Event
香港Web3嘉年華是由萬向區塊鏈實驗室與HashKey Group聯合推出的Web3活動品牌，由W3ME承辦。作為亞洲領先的Web3大會，活動自2023年起於每年4月在香港舉辦，過去四屆，嘉年華累計吸引超過500個項目參展，邀請逾1600位業界領袖深度交流，現場觀眾總數突破15萬人次，並配套舉辦600餘場周邊活動。香港特別行政區政府財政司司長陳茂波、以太坊聯合創始人Vitalik Buterin、ARK Invest CEO兼CIO Cathie Wood等重量級嘉賓，曾先後登上嘉年華舞臺，從政策、技術與投資等多元視角，分享對行業發展的前瞻觀察。
Hong Kong Web3 Festival is Asia’s premier crypto event co-hosted by Wanxiang Blockchain Labs and HashKey Group and organized by W3ME. This premier global Web3 gathering, reoccurring every April since 2023, has accumulated over 500 exhibiting companies, 1,600+speakers, 150,000+ attendees and more than 600 side events over the previous four editions. Distinguished guests including Paul Chan, Financial Secretary of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; Vitalik Buterin, Co-founder, Ethereum and Cathie Wood, CEO and CIO of ARK Invest, have graced the stage, sharing forward‑looking insights on industry development from diverse perspectives spanning policy, technology, and investment.
2027香港Web3嘉年華將於2027年4月19日-21日在香港會議展覽中心舉辦，預計將吸引超過50,000現場觀眾，超過300位極具全球影響力的演講嘉賓，以及超過150家熱門Web3項目、社區及媒體現場參展。
Hong Kong Web3 Festival 2027 will take place on 19-21 Apr. at HKCEC. This three-day event is expecting over 50,000 visitors, more than 300 influential speaker, 150 promising Web3 projects, communities and media from all over the world.

You can only buy 1 ticket each time. One email address can only be linked to 1 ticket. If you want to buy several tickets or buy the tickets on behalf of others, please buy them separately and use different email addresses.
We will send the e-ticket to the email address you entered in the registration page. Please make sure the email address you provide is correct and valid.

Before you make the payment of the tickets, please double check such information as the ticket type, amount to be paid and whether you have promo codes to be applied.
購票者理解並同意，因活動籌備、運營、安全、監管要求或其他實際情況需要，活動內容、議程安排、出席嘉賓、合作方、展覽內容、時間、場地及活動形式等均可能發生合理調整。主辦方將盡商業上合理努力維持活動整體品質及參會體驗，但門票所對應的是參與活動整體安排的權益，而非任何特定嘉賓、合作方、演講內容或單項活動的單獨保證。除法律另有強制規定外，前述合理調整一般不構成退款、補償或其他賠償的依據。
By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the event content, agenda, speakers, partners, exhibition content, timing, venue, and format may be subject to reasonable adjustments due to event preparation, operations, security, regulatory requirements, or other practical circumstances. The organizer will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the overall quality of the event and attendee experience. However, the ticket grants the right to participate in the overall event arrangements, and does not constitute a separate guarantee of any specific speaker, partner, presentation content, or individual activity. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, such reasonable adjustments shall not constitute grounds for refunds, compensation, or other remedies.
簽到提示/ Check-in Notice
活動當日，請出示電子票二維碼在大會入口處簽到，領取參會胸牌。您的胸卡是活動期間唯一身份證明，請您務必不要將胸卡轉借他人並妥善保管，遺失不補。本活動門票不包括任何餐飲。
Please show the QR code on your e-ticket(s) to claim your badge(s) at the registration area of the event. The badge(s) will be the only certificate to attend the event. Please do not transfer the badge(s) to others and keep the badge(s) save. They cannot be replaced if they are lost. No meals or drinks are included in the tickets.

請在您購票時登記的郵箱中查收由Web3Festival發出的2027香港Web3嘉年華報名確認函，點擊郵件中的My Ticket按鈕，即可獲得電子票二維碼。請將此電子票二維碼圖片提前截圖保存或打印出來，方便活動當天簽到使用。
Please check the Registration Confirmation for Hong Kong Web3 Festival 2027 in the email you used for ticket registration. Click "My Ticket" in this confirmation email and then you will see your e-ticket(s).

發票獲取/ Get Invoice
1、發送購票付款憑證、開票公司抬頭、稅號至大會郵箱： w3@blockchainlabs.org 申請發票。郵件主題請注明：2027香港Web3嘉年華發票申請。
2、發票將在活動結束後的15個工作日內提供。
1. Send the screenshots of your ticket payment, company name and tax number to w3@blockchainlabs.org with the email subject of Apply for Invoice of Hong Kong Web3 Festival 2027.
2. Invoices will be sent to you within 15 working days after the event.
退票提示/ Ticket Refund Policy
1、如參會觀眾因個人原因申請退票，每張票將收取票價10%的退款手續費。
2、如需退票，請在2027年4月18日中午12時前發送活動退票申請至 w3@blockchainlabs.org, 2027年4月18日中午12時後不接受退款。
3、電子票一經核驗，兌換成參會胸牌，恕不退換
4、如因不可抗力導致活動時間變更或取消，退票免手續費。需要辦理退票的使用者，可發郵件至 w3@blockchainlabs.org, 會有相應的工作人員為您處理相關事宜。
1. If attendees wish to cancel your attendance and get a refund out of personal reasons, a 10% refund service fee will be charged.
2. If you wish to refund your ticket(s), please send a refund application to w3@blockchainlabs.org before 12pm UTC+8, 18 Apr. 2027. Any refunds issued after 12pm UTC+8, 18 Apr. 2027 will not be accepted.
3. Once the e-ticket has been verified and exchanged for a conference badge, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4. If you want to refund your ticket(s) as the event is rescheduled or cancelled due to force majeure, no refund service fee will be charged. You can email us at w3@blockchainlabs.org to issue a refund. We will deal with your applications when we receive the emails.
