They will share their perspectives on the startup ecosystem overseas, experiences navigating life and finding unique career opportunities away from home!
Our panelists include current students who have worked in startups in San Francisco, New York City and at prestigious firms like Morgan Stanley! Joash founded Sedifly, an EdTech firm helping ambitious students apply to top US and UK colleges. He is also General Partner at Iron Key Capital where he invests in early stage startups. He has been featured on Economist Impact, Financial Times, CBS News at the World Economic Forum, and more.
Yu Siang Yeo - SUTD Engineering Systems & Design Y4, SUTD STEP 27', NOC NYC 24'
Yu Siang was the Head of Global Partnerships at Curiosity Lab & Managing Partner at CentaurLab.AI during his internship in New York City under NOC. He also co-founded Korosen, a personalized AI learning platform for students & teachers.
Raymond Lim - NTU Y4 Computer Engineering, NTU OEP Shanghai 24', SV 25', NTU-USA SV 26', GEM Ambassador London 26'
Raymond is the VC Partnerships & Program Manager at Qapita SF. In his undergrad, he participated in 3x Overseas Internships and 1x Exchange across 4 cities (Singapore, Shanghai, Silicon Valley, London) and 3 continents, where he worked across Software Engineering, Growth and Partnership roles.
Shan Then - Columbia University Y4 Poli/Econ
Shan Then is an Investment Banking IP Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Prior to his role at Morgan Stanely, Shan worked as a VC Investment Intern where he assisted portfolio management and investor relations.

Joanne was the Assistant General Manager at Supermomos NYC during her internship in New York city under NUS Overseas College (NOC). She hosted 50+ flagship events & led the first government-backed VC Internship Program, with 19 VC firms including Thomson Reuters and Everywhere Ventures.
