The Ledger Lab: Built Live

​Reconciliation breaks when the ledger underneath wasn't built for it. Balances go out of sync, settlement gets complicated, audits become painful.

​In this session, we will build a ledger live. One real payout, a client's US dollars in, converted to USDC, moved across the chain, and delivered as pesos in Mexico.

​We will model from an empty ledger to a working, reconciled system in about 35 minutes, every decision explained as it happens.
