Abu Dhabi Gaming Connect

What does it take to build a game studio that lasts?

Join Abu Dhabi’s gaming community at the next Abu Dhabi Gaming Connect, featuring Joni Lappalainen, CEO at Dreamloop Games - Finland’s Console Experts, Chairperson of Finnish Game Developers Association, VP of Tampere Game Hub, and Showrunner of Finnish Game Incubator, to learn how.

This practical session explores how to build and run a sustainable games business in 2027, drawing on Joni’s experience founding studios, producing and shipping games, and supporting early-stage companies through the Finnish Game Incubator.

Whether you’re a founder, developer or aspiring studio leader, join us to learn from his experience and meet others across Abu Dhabi’s gaming community.

Following the session, join Joni alongside Abu Dhabi's gaming community for an evening of networking and conversation.

Connect is Abu Dhabi Gaming's recurring initiative, bringing together partnered studios, developers and talent from across the ecosystem to network, connect and hear from experts shaping the global games industry.
