Build agents that shop, compare, book, and complete real payment flows end to end. Every builder is welcome, whether you are deep in fintech or just want to spend a Saturday making an agent book your movie tickets.
🎯 The theme: Agentic Payments
Pick a sub-theme lane:
🛒 E-commerce: agents that build carts, compare prices across marketplaces, and check out (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify stores, quick-commerce)
🎬 Movie bookings: find the show, grab the best seats, pay, and deliver the ticket
🎫 Tickets and travel: events, buses, trains, flights, from search to confirmed booking
🧾 Bills and subscriptions: electricity, recharges, renewals, the recurring payments nobody enjoys doing by hand
🃏 Wildcard: any flow where an agent completing a payment makes life genuinely easier

This hackathon is hosted by webcmd, self-learning browser infra for AI agents. Your agent explores a site once, webcmd learns the navigation, and compiles it into deterministic CLI commands, so checkout flows stop being flaky and start being repeatable (and up to 90% cheaper on tokens). Record once, execute forever.
Get started: npm install -g @agentrhq/webcmd (Node 20+). Docs at webcmd.dev. The webcmd team will be in the room to help you build.

🚨 Two hard rules:
Your demo runs live, or on a screen recording of a real run. Payment flows are the flakiest flows on the web, and we reward the teams that make them behave.
Build safely. Use sandbox or test payment modes and your own accounts wherever possible, keep amounts small if a flow must be real, and respect platform terms. Demos that handle payment safety thoughtfully score higher, not lower.
