We will specifically touch on job hunting in Spain (for expats) and address those currently based in Spain who are looking to secure roles in other countries, particularly across Europe, although the frameworks shared are applicable globally.

Who is Michael Mascarenhas?
Michael Mascarenhas is a Careers & Admissions Coach and the former People Projects Senior Manager at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). After graduating from Cornell University with a B.S. in Applied Economics in Management, Mike worked for 4.5 years in New York City with PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory, the PwC internal M&A team, and Strategy& as a Management Consultant. Mike then moved to Barcelona, Spain to pursue a bilingual MBA from IESE Business School, graduating in 2017. After his MBA, he worked at IESE, spending 2000+ hours advising students on consulting recruitment, how to best achieve career goals, and off-campus, network-driven job hunting. Mike is the lead instructor of Nova's Management Consulting Development program, where he has guided more than 150+ Novas in their strategy consulting preparation.
