​Inverted Ventures is a single family office in Calgary that specializes in identifying and financing global paradigm shifts in legacy industries, through venture capital investments.

​Cheque size: $150–350K initial cheque, with 30% reserved for follow-on investments.
Stage: Pre-seed and Seed, must be post-revenue startups
Geography: Canada
Investor background: Provides hands-on support in sales and HR, as well as guidance on standard operating procedures.

​About Jagger Bova

​Jagger is a Venture Capital Principal at Inverted Ventures, where he specializes in due diligence and research for pre-seed to seed-stage investments. His role encompasses deal sourcing, comprehensive due diligence, strategic investment decision-making, portfolio management, and market analysis. His core focus is identifying and supporting high-potential startups, particularly those positioned to create paradigm shifts within their industries.

​Outside of venture capital, Jagger is an avid outdoorsman and sports enthusiast. He also values spending time with family and has a strong passion for reading non-fiction literature.

• ​6 in-person 1:1 meeting slots available (30 minutes each)

• ​Hosted at Platform Calgary — room details will be provided to selected founders

• ​If selected, you’ll receive a direct calendar invite with your assigned time before March 19

• ​Your pitch deck will be shared with Jagger in advance

• ​Please cancel your meeting at least 48 hours in advance if you’re unable to attend. No-shows or late cancellations will not be eligible for future Platform Calgary investor office hours
