  Build in Shifts: Running a Software Factory with Coding Agents

  • ​Coding agents now write most of our code, but the work around it still needs a person at the screen: tracking decisions, coordinating with teammates, reviewing, and restarting what stopped. This talk looks at what it takes to move from one engineer with one session to a team whose agents keep working in shifts, and what broke along the way when we built it for our own code.
