He spent nearly 40 years at WilmerHale, where he built and led a 70-person international arbitration group, before making one of the most talked-about moves in the legal world in 2026. But Gary is more than a practitioner. He served as President of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for six years, helping to transform it into one of the world's leading arbitration institutions.
