Restaurant Rewired: The hospitality tech stack, brought to life.

Join SOUS at Restaurant Rewired for an evening bringing together hospitality operators, industry leaders, and pioneering AI technology companies to explore how artificial intelligence will transform the hospitality industry and help businesses grow towards 2030.

The Stack is a hands-on showcase of integrated hospitality tech, where we address real problems our merchants are facing today across people, operations, ordering, payments, loyalty and data.

The Idea is simple: see how the different tech solutions connect, and what that looks like in a real hospitality business.

The Stage will bring operators and industry leaders together for honest conversations about the tech we use every day, from best-in-class vs all-in-one, to whether we simply have too much tech, how operators can make better use of their data and AI, and what the hospitality tech stack might look like in 2030.

Speakers to be announced soon. Think of industry experts, leaders and C-level executives from the leading food-tech and delivery market.

With 200 guests, this is a game-changer, conversation-led end of day event designed to adres real problems that operators face daily, rather than another tech event. Expect new insights, practical conversations, bites, drinks and plenty of time to meet other operators and the people behind the technology.

Join us later at the afterparty hosted by SOUS, Adyen and LEAT @ Strozzi Zuidas 20:00 - 00:00.
