​Embark on an intimate culinary journey into an evening of presence, ritual, and artistry, a contemporary interpretation of Japanese tea traditions, inspired by the grace, elegance, and mindful hospitality of the geisha arts.

​The dinner unfolds across three culinary courses, each thoughtfully paired with a carefully selected Very Important Tea. Throughout the evening, guests will discover five distinctive teas, creating a gradual progression of flavours, aromas, temperatures, and textures.
