About Event

Has the world felt “off” to you lately?

Let’s name it: inflation, 100+ global conflicts, layoffs, climate crisis, higher cost of…everything.

No wonder rates of burnout, stress, and the feeling that something is in the air are rising.

Research tells us WHAT we should do to stay sane.

✅ Eat well, sleep more, exercise, increase community support.

⛔️ So why isn’t it helping?

The missing piece is the HOW.

This hour is for you if you’ve felt the tug of uncertainty, stress, or ennui lately. It’s an open, honest, co-created community discussion to address how to not lose our minds when the world seems to be.

Part 1:

✏️ We’ll lay out the facts:
Naming the state of the world and what we can do to cope (or thrive) in it.

Part 2:

🙅 We’ll talk about blockers:
Despite knowing what to do, why aren’t we doing it consistently?

Part 3:

💡 We’ll bridge the gap between insight and action:
Conversations to collectively come up with behaviors, mindsets, and frameworks to navigate the complexity of today’s reality.

Why this workshop? Why now?

Many conversations with friends, clients, and communities point to the need to talk about hard things.
👉 We’re going to do just that.

This isn’t just another “how to stress less” workshop.

🫶 It’s a chance to come together to explore the less obvious and increasingly crucial ways to bolster our humanity in a turbulent era.

Bonus: A portion of our workshop will be in breakout rooms to invite real dialogue and connection. If you'd prefer to just listen, that's fine, too. 😊

What you’ll come away with:

  • The what: Several new tools, cognitive models, and decision frameworks to decrease your overwhelm

  • The how: Co-created strategies to remember to apply these mindsets and behaviors, especially when things get messy

  • The why: At least one new human connection to remind us of what truly matters

Note: Please look out for an email from Luma to complete registration and click "Yes" to attend.
Why? This ensures the event gets on your calendar! 🗓
