​Scottish Iftar at Motherwell FC – Ramadan 2026 🌙⚽

​Following the incredible success of last year’s event, we are delighted to return to Motherwell Football Club to host Scottish Iftars 2026.

​The community engagement in 2025 was exceptional, with hundreds coming together in a powerful display of unity, faith and belonging. The impact of the evening was widely felt, and we are proud that the Scottish Asian Business Chamber, alongside our partners the Well Foundation, have been invited back to deliver the event once again.

​Event Details:
🕔 Doors open at 5:15pm

​We will initially be based within the stands, where we will hear short reflections from:

• ​Dawn Middleton, CEO, Motherwell Foundation

• ​Kenny Duffy, Lord Provost, North Lanarkshire Council

• ​Faiza Baqir, Well Foundation

• ​Junaid Ashraf, Asian Business Chamber

​At sunset, we will break the fast together. Prayers will be held indoors, and food will be served shortly afterwards.

​Important Information

• ​Please dress appropriately for the outdoors, as part of the programme will take place in the stands.

• ​We kindly ask attendees to bring a prayer mat.

• ​Please try to complete ablution (wudu) before arriving, as facilities at the stadium may be limited.
