• ​Course 1: Flatbread w/ Whipped Goat's Cheese, Caramelised Onion & Hot Honey

• ​Course 2: Burrata w/ Roasted Beets, Pickled Pear & Hazelnut Dukkah

• ​Main: Chicken w/ Charred Hispi Cabbage & Anchovy + Lemon Butter

• ​Dessert: Dark Chocolate Mousse & Toasted Pistachio
