​Roxanne Varza, Director of Station F, joins Julia Dous, Co-Founder of the Evangelistas, for an intimate discussion on how angel investors identify promising founders, evaluate early-stage opportunities, and build meaningful investment portfolios. Roxanne will share insights from having made over 100 investments across her various roles as a scout for Sequoia and Atomico, through own private angel investments, and as a fund investor. At Station F, she also oversees around 15 investments per year.

​Over lunch, we will explore how angel investing in Europe is evolving and what it takes to develop conviction at the earliest stages of company building.

​As Director of Station F in Paris, the world’s largest startup campus, angel investor and LP, former scout for Sequoia Capital and Atomico Roxanne is one of the most active angel investors in Europe.

​She works closely with founders and investors and has a unique perspective on how early-stage companies and angel investors connect.

​Julia Dous

​Julia works to diversify Europe’s cap tables. As co-founder of Evangelistas, she builds a community of 450+ women angel investors. She also advises leading VC and PE funds on talent and recruiting, invests as an angel and LP, and works to mobilize more female capital across Europe.

​She brings 20+ years of experience working with founders and investors and was recently named one of Europe’s most relevant women in tech by Sifted.
