About Event

Most e-commerce entrepreneurs fail before they understand what actually makes a store scalable.
This private Lisbon seminar breaks down how e-commerce stores reach their first €1k/day and what needs to be in place to scale beyond it: the right product, the right market, a strong offer, paid ads, healthy margins, reliable suppliers, fulfilment that can handle volume and controlled cashflow.

In simple terms, we will look at how to find a product, test if people want it, run ads, deliver orders, keep profit and avoid the mistakes that stop most stores from growing.

The session is practical, direct and based on real operator experience. Not motivation or theory.

It is designed for people who are preparing to launch their first store, have tested before, or are already running an existing e-commerce business.

What we will cover:

  • Product selection

  • Market validation

  • Offer positioning

  • Creative strategy

  • Paid acquisition

  • Margins

  • Suppliers

  • Fulfilment

  • Cashflow

  • Scaling decisions

About the Speaker:

I’m Tobias, a Dutch e-commerce operator based in Dubai. I’ve spent over a decade building, testing and scaling e-commerce stores across different markets. Some projects reached more than €20k/day in revenue, but most of the real lessons came from the testing, mistakes, supplier issues, margin pressure and scaling decisions behind the scenes.

With Institute of Ecom, I share the practical side of e-commerce: product selection, paid ads, suppliers, fulfilment, cashflow, margins and how to make better decisions while building. The goal is to give people a realistic framework for building a real e-commerce business, without hype or shortcuts.
