Book and Growth Club (Berlin): Atomic Habits by James Clear
This month, we’re reading Atomic Habits by James Clear, a practical guide to building good habits, breaking bad ones, and getting 1% better every day.
Clear’s core idea is simple: big change doesn’t come from big moments, it comes from small decisions repeated daily. Instead of chasing goals, he invites us to focus on systems, and on becoming the kind of person who naturally does the thing. Along the way, he breaks habit-building into four steps (make it obvious, attractive, easy, and satisfying) and shows how tiny tweaks compound into remarkable results over time.
Questions we’ll explore together:
Which concept in the book do you find most helpful?
What would the “1% better” version of your daily routine look like?
Where are you relying on motivation when you could be building a system?
Which of the four steps (obvious, attractive, easy, satisfying) do you struggle with most?
What identity are you building with the habits you have today?
Come with your notes, your favorite takeaways and let's build habits that make us feel good. :)
