2026 Startup World Cup La Jolla Regional is an international startup pitch event showcasing promising companies from around the world that are building innovative solutions across high-growth technology sectors.

​Presented through the Pitch Pulse Global to San Diego program, this regional brings together international startups across the four industries featured in previous Pitch Pulse programs: Health & Bio, AI & Predictive Systems, Security & Defense, and Maritime. The event provides founders with an opportunity to connect with investors, industry experts, founders, and leaders across California’s innovation ecosystem.

​Selected startups will pitch live during the fully online regional showcase on September 25, 2026, before a panel of industry experts, investors, founders, and ecosystem leaders. The winning startup will be selected as the 2026 Startup World Cup La Jolla Regional winner and will advance to the 2026 Startup World Cup Grand Finale in San Francisco, where regional winners from around the world will come together.
