I Love My Baby… But What About Me?
Dear moms, are you showing up for everyone but yourself?
Love your baby, but miss yourself? Between the feedings, naps, diaper changes, and everything in between, it’s easy to forget what you need. Those early years are beautiful and wild, but they can also leave you feeling stretched thin, and unsure where your sense of self wandered off to.
This free, therapist-led interactive workshop is designed for new moms with babies aged 0-2(ish). Shift Collab Therapist Jessica Bouma, a new mom herself, will help you reconnect with you, gently, honestly, and without the Pinterest-perfect expectations. Through conversation, reflection, and simple, realistic tools, you’ll learn ways to support your emotional and physical well-being while caring for your little one.
In just one hour, you’ll create a personalized wellbeing plan you can use right away, no extra workload, just small, meaningful shifts. You’ll also meet other moms who truly get it. Camera-on is optional, sweatpants are a must, and participation is encouraged (but never forced).
Because this workshop will be interactive and kept intentionally small to encourage conversation and connection, spots are limited. Please request to join to show your interest, and you will be notified once your registration is confirmed.
What You’ll Learn and Experience:
Tiny, realistic resets: simple habits that bring more rest and calm into your days, even if you only have five minutes.
A personalized wellbeing plan: A gentle, doable roadmap that fits your actual life (no rigid routines or “supermom” pressure here).
Connection with moms who get it: A supportive space to feel seen in the messy, tender, beautiful parts of this season.
Space to ask the real questions: A live Q&A with Shift therapist Jessica. Bring your worries, curiosities, or “is it normal that…?” moments.
Resources you can return to anytime: Together we'll discuss our most trusted and loved resources for new moms.
It’s all happening on Wednesday, December 3rd at 7:00 PM ET. And yes, it’s totally free! Sign up, arrange child care (no pressure, baby can absolutely join), and take an hour that’s actually for you and your wellbeing. No prep required - just sign on and chat with people who truly get where you’re at right now.
You’ll leave this one-hour experience feeling lighter, more grounded, and more like yourself, even in the chaos.
Because caring for yourself is caring for your baby.
