​Have you written down your goals for the year 2026?

​Do you still have ambitious goals that you want to get down before the end of the year?

​If you’re like me, you probably made a plan or a vision board for the year and kept to it for the first few months, but as time went by and life kept being unpredictable, you probably found yourself to be less engaged with your ready-made plan.

​This event is the chance for you to plan the rest of your year, based on what came up from the guided mediation session or what you found out in your introspective processes beforehand.

​Your ticket comes with a board and materials to draw, collage and paint on your vision board.

​So bring your list of goals (either from last week’s journaling session) or from your individual journaling, grab a drink from the counter and join us in creating our vision boards.

​Where?

​SandwiChez Sant Antoni, you will get the specifics on how to find the table after you sign up for the event.

​​When?

​Wednesday, 16th of September at 7PM.

​What can you expect?

• ​First we’ll do a short ice breaker so that we can feel a like we know each other a bit and that we can open up a little to the people at the table

• ​Afterwards, I will invite you to share what goals you want to capture on your vision board (if you feel comfortable enough in doing so)

• ​Then I’ll challenge you to associate a symbol to each of your goals for the rest of the year

• ​At last, the fun of creating your vision board can begin, I’ll be there if you want some inspiration in translating your thoughts to paper :)

• ​In the end we’ll do a final check-in and close this session
