We will present the work Adventurous Systems has been developing in digital twins for construction. The Architecture-engineering-construction industry is the largest industrial complex globally, and one of the most fragmented, decentralised and inefficient ones. Blockchain digital twins have the potential to bring improved governance and productivity while at the same time aligning incentives across stakeholders. The talk focuses on the platforms and strategy AS is building.

Isaias will talk about how Enoda's mission is to improve the power grid and unlock the full grid potential. At Enoda, they innovate from the grid's backbone through the energy market level, relying on Web3 technology. He will introduce the PRIME Exchanger, a device installed in the backbone of the power grid, NAM, that manages how data is transferred from decentralised assets to our central cloud, and will talk about their web3-based energy platform ENSEMBLE and how it is designed to change the sector, improving grid reliability.

We’ll break down what actually creates durable advantage in a hyper-competitive market: full-stack design, deep DeFi composability, positive-sum integrations with partners, and pushing the boundaries of what’s technically possible. Using real-world examples, we’ll show how thoughtful stablecoin design can build defensible moats while aligning with users and partners.
