Beyond the AI Pilot: What Actually Makes Adoption Stick?
A candid People Leaders Roundtable on skills, trust, org design and the reality of making AI part of how work gets done.
There's no clean playbook for introducing AI into an existing organisation.
Most likely, your company isn’t starting from scratch. You already have roles, systems, habits and ways of working. You might also have people who feel very differently about AI: some might be using it every day, some are unsure where to begin and others remain unconvinced about using AI at all.
As a People Leader, you're asked to help implement this change around AI work: building confidence and capability, creating some discipline around how AI is used, protecting trust and helping managers understand what needs to change in their teams.
We’re hearing about plenty of experimentation, but much less honest conversation about what's actually working.
🔹Which approaches have helped people adopt AI in a useful way?
🔹What has created more connection, confidence or collaboration?
🔹What looked promising but has failed to land?
🔹And where have organisations had to change course?
We’re bringing together a small group of People Leaders to compare experiences and talk openly about the imperfect reality of getting AI change right.
OverTime Leader will bring some of the patterns we’re seeing in our work. The group will bring the experiments, lessons and questions that can only come from doing it for real.
This is for you if:
💲You have started introducing AI but adoption or return on investment remains mixed
👥You’re responsible for the people and culture side of the change
💪You’re trying to build confidence without pretending to have every answer
💡You want to learn from what other organisations have actually tried
🎯You have examples of what has worked or what you would do differently next time
What to expect
🔹A candid discussion with a small group of senior People Leaders
🔹Real examples rather than polished case studies
🔹Insight from what OTL is seeing across its work with leaders and teams
🔹Space to test your thinking and hear how others are approaching the same challenge
🔹Practical ideas you can take back into your organisation
