Somber Nights: Karaoke at The Mixer
Some nights you don't want to be alone. But you also don't feel like being "on."
If you've ever wanted to sing a sad song at karaoke but held back because you didn't want to kill the vibe, you're not alone. Our post about this idea got over 22,000 views and more than 600 comments from people who felt exactly that. Well, here you can't ruin the mood. The mood is the whole point.
Somber Nights Karaoke is a dimly lit, intentional evening built around music, reflection, and low-pressure connection. Same Somber Nights experience, this time with a mic in your hand.

You don't have to sing. That's the whole point. Come to listen, come to be heard, come with a song you've been holding onto.
Have your song ready when you buy your ticket, we'll use it to build the sign-up list. Buying more than one ticket? List each singer's name with their song in the karaoke question, so we know who's performing.
Everyone who signs up gets one song guaranteed. If time allows after the full list has gone once, we'll open it up for second songs.
Doors at 8pm. We'll run until midnight, later if the room is still full and the night still has legs.
Tickets are limited. Each ticket includes one drink, a cocktail or a non-alcoholic cocktail. Karaoke slots are limited too, buying early gives you the best shot at a guaranteed spot. If we hit our time cap for the night, later ticket buyers may not get a turn on the mic, but you're still welcome to come sing along, soak in the room, and be part of the night either way.
This is a family friendly venue. Alcohol service is 21+ only, per venue policy.
