As Director of Accenture’s FinTech Innovation Lab Asia-Pacific (FILAP), Hui leads ecosystem development and accelerates innovation through strategic partnerships and emerging technologies. She leverages Accenture’s deep expertise in AI-driven solutions, including Agentic AI for contextual decision-making and Responsible AI for compliance and trust. These capabilities enable applications such as fraud detection, personalized banking, and automated regulatory reporting—critical for financial institutions navigating digital transformation.
