Azad Sessions #6 | Basic Life Support
An awareness session on CPR & Choking Management
Emergencies don’t announce themselves. A sudden collapse, choking while eating, a moment where seconds decide outcomes.
Azad Sessions #6 is an intimate, hands-on awareness session on Basic Life Support, focusing on CPR and choking management: skills that can help you protect the people you love, and even strangers you may cross paths with.
The session will be led by Dr Akash Khare (MBBS, DCH – KGMU Lucknow | DNB – Hindu Rao Hospital, Delhi), who brings both clinical experience and a teacher’s clarity.
This will not be a lecture alone. Dr Khare will bring a CPR mannequin for live demonstration, walking participants through:
What to do when someone collapses
How CPR actually works in real situations
How to respond to choking in adults and children
What not to do in panic situations
This session is for everyone. You don’t need prior medical knowledge: only the willingness to learn something that could one day save a life.
Date: Thursday, 29 January
Time: 4:00 PM
Format: Interactive session with live demonstration
Seats: Limited to 21 participants only
If you’ve ever thought, “I wish I knew what to do in an emergency”, this session is for you!
