Join us for Cacao, Sound Healing + Guided Meditation, Breathwork, Movement and Sunset during Human Tech Week!

Together we will enjoy some delicious cacao, a 60-minute Sound Healing Session guided by Jess on the Human Flourishing Floor, followed by a sharing circle and integrative movement for sunset on the rooftop.

Part I: Cacao, Sound Healing + Guided Meditation with Jess Step into a restorative container designed to calm your nervous system and clear the noise of daily life. Jess brings over 15 years of experience in sound + energy work, and breathwork to help you release heavy energy and find deep alignment. Part II: Sunset Tea & Movement with Zan After the sound ceremony, we’ll transition to the roof for tea and a grounded movement flow with Zan. With over 10 years of experience teaching Brazilian Zouk, Zan brings a deep somatic mastery to help you physically process and integrate the sound journey.
