Sarah Larson Levey is the Founder and former CEO of Y7 Studio, the cult-favorite yoga brand she launched at 26 and scaled into a national business with locations across New York, Los Angeles, and Austin. Known for disrupting the traditional fitness space, Y7 redefined the yoga experience through music-driven classes, infrared heat, and an intentionally inclusive, no-mirrors environment.
Following the company’s acquisition in 2024, Sarah has shifted her focus to supporting founders through strategic partnership and coaching, drawing on over a decade of experience building, scaling, and leading a brand at the intersection of wellness, culture, and community.
She has been named one of Entrepreneur’s 100 Most Powerful Women and recognized by Inc. as All-Star Entrepreneur of the Year, with features across Forbes, Vogue, Bazaar, and more. A mother, author, and certified health coach, Sarah’s work now centers on helping women lead, build, and show up more fully as themselves in every room they’re in.
